Open programmes offer an opportunity to engage in a learning experience outside of your work environment, with diverse participants in a different context. They provide a space where you can focus first  on yourself and what you want to develop.

Sometimes when our learning takes place in an organisation we may put our attention on what the organisation needs over what we need, here the organisation is still a part of the conversation and you can decide how much of a part.

Currently the 3 day ‘Your Silent Language of Leadership’ foundation workshop runs 3 to 4 times. New in 2014 are a coaching circle and taster days.
